Macro to Setup Layer Names

  • Create a folder called c:\Program Files\DesignCAD Max Plus\Macros 

  • Put the two macros in here plus the layer names.txt.

  • Put the other two files in c:\Program Files\DesignCAD Max Plus.

  • Open DesignCAD and set-up your layer names on options or using an existing drawing with layer names. Then run the save layer names.d3m.

  • Close DesignCAD.

  • When you start-up, it should run renames layers to the new blank drawing.

    • May need checking - works well for me but I have different files locations.
