 Soft Pillow Tutorial

• Draw some "arcs" or curves like the surface of the pillow, You can make arcs using hotkey C for curve line and with as little as 3 points set freehand. (or more and with great precision for location and contour--that's later). Three arc lines will get you going.
• Use menu Draw/Surface connect to "surface/grid" the arc lines from above...
  Just invoke the command and then select the arc lines in the order needed make a surface.
• Consider that you really only need to draw the top 180 deg surface of a pillow...then "Mirror" in the y axis to copy it to the lower surface.

• By "Trace" in step 4 I mean draw a new line by snapping to the points of the existing outline of the grid.
• If shape is on a flat plane, you can use Solids->Contour Line to extract the outline.
