• Step 11

  • Select line at Arrow and hit '/' to Mirror it as shown.

  • Choose 'Y' axis and click on the snap point at Arrow to place it.

  • Select both sides and hit 'B' to join them.

• Step 12
  • Parallel the line 1/4 inch using snap grid.
  • Close bottom gaps with lines. 'V'.
    • You can end one line and start another just by hitting 'V' again.
  • Draw selection window around bottom of just the Orange shape while holding down Ctrl to select them all and hit 'B' to join them.

• Draw boxes as shown and chamfer edge on Orange box.

• Draw Green boxes as shown.

• Weld boxes together.

• Draw circles as shown.

• Draw boxes for bolt head, shaft, and nut.

  • These are draw as 'half' profiles.

• Draw centerlines and change colors of Light Blue parts to Orange.

• Select each entity as shown and make sure they are 'planes'.

  • If not 'Make Plane' each one.

• Turn off display grid and snap grid 'G'.

• Hit 'L' to bring up the Layer Dialog.

  • Click 'Separate' to put each color on it'sown layer.

  • We will use this feature to turn off colored layers later.

• Now switch to 3D mode.

• Switch to 'Solid Shaded->Quick'

• Enable Graphics Acceleration.

• Select Red hub, hit 'W' (sweep) 

  • Select 'Axis->About a line.

  • Enter 36 copies and 360 degrees.

  • Click on line as shown.

• Select spoke and hit 'W'.
  • Select 'About a line.
  • Enter 3 copies and 30 degrees.
  • Click on line.
