- A tutorial to demonstrate basic concepts.
- The basic 3D drawing contains:
- Explode a Solid
- Select rotation points
- Use Positive and Negative angle values

- Step 1
- Start by creating a 3D Box that fits your window with
plenty of room to unfold it.
- Select the Box and then select Solid->Solid Explode.
- This will convert it to 2 Planes and a Grid.
- Select what appears to be the whole box again and now
select Edit->(>)Explode.
- Use Gravity Snap to select the rear Plane by the bottom
corner.
- Hit 'R' for Rotate.
- Select X axis and enter -90 for the angle value.
- Negative angles go Clockwise.
- Hit ENTER.

- Step 2
- Select the front Plane and Hit 'R' again.
- Enter 90 for angle value.
- Hit ENTER.

- Step 3
- Select the sides and use -90 for clockwise.
|

- Step 4
- And positive 90 for counterclockwise.

- Step 6
- And hit 'M' to move it to the corner of the side.
- Hit the period key or right-click the mouse to snap it in
place.
